  One of the most inconsistent workers there. One day your ID is accepted, two weeks later after going there on average twice a day, it's no longer acceptable?? Given my form of ID is not the standard drivers liscense or photo ID. but it still has my date of birth on it, along with my photo. If you're going to deny the use of a passcard, have everyone on the same page and say it from the start, not after a month of it not being a problem and then have the audacity to tell me it's not acceptable when the entire staff was fine with it expect one person. And not to mention, the sales associate that denied it, did nothing other than tell me I need to bring my whole passport. You're customer service, I work in the bussiness too, apologize and let me know you're gonna talk to your whole staff about no longer accepting them. But instead he was a total jerk about it.
